During his 15-year tenure at Bon Secours Health System, Michael held senior executive roles, leading innovation, service line development, marketing, and strategy initiatives for the $3.4 billion system. He developed approaches that enhanced the strategic position of health systems, driving measurable improvements in health outcomes for the communities they serve. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Louisville, a MHA from the University of Minnesota and is a 2013 GE Fellow from the Health Management Academy.

Kyle Moore is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience leading provider networks, service lines, and ambulatory care services. As the Founder and Partner of AlignMed Associates, Kyle focuses on helping healthcare providers and organizations achieve growth, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality patient care. Previously, Kyle served as Vice President of Provider Network and Ambulatory Services at Universal Health Services (UHS), where he developed national growth strategies and led value-based care initiatives. At Bon Secours Health System, he expanded the provider network to over 900 providers, generating $1.5 billion in annual revenue. Kyle combines financial expertise, operational know-how, and strategic vision to create tailored solutions for healthcare organizations. He holds a BBA from Loyola University, an MHA from the University of Providence and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a GE Fellow from the Heath Management Academy.
